Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Lexify™, a gamified dyslexia therapy course designed to provide children with engaging and effective practice to enhance their reading skills. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating in the course.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling your child in the Lexify™ course, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. No Guarantee of Progress

While the Lexify™ course is designed to support children with dyslexia and improve their reading skills through gamified activities, we can not guarantee specific outcomes or progress for every child. Each child's progress will vary based on individual differences and other external factors.

3. Importance of Structured Literacy Therapy

Lexify™ is a supplemental tool and is not intended to replace 1-to-1 structured literacy therapy with a certified Structured Literacy Dyslexia Specialist. For optimal results, we recommend that Lexify™ be used in conjunction with professional therapy sessions or independently when such therapy sessions are not available.

4. Integrity of Use

To achieve the best possible outcomes, it is essential that the Lexify™ course is used with integrity and according to the guidelines provided. Consistent practice and adherence to the course structure are critical for maximizing its effectiveness.

5. Parental Involvement

Parents and guardians are encouraged to actively support their child's participation in the Lexify™. Regular monitoring and encouragement can significantly enhance the child's engagement and progress.

Lexify™ reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the course at any time without prior notice. We strive to keep the course content current and effective, and such changes are made in the best interest of our users.
